Are you connected with a group of family members who would like to learn more about Supported Decision Making and other alternatives to guardianship? We can present at schools, churches, support groups, libraries, or any other place where parents and other relatives gather.
Family Counseling
Would you like to talk with someone about your specific family situation and troubleshoot what options may work best to support your family member with a disability? Our staff members would be happy to talk through your concerns and discuss what options may be available. If a family decides to move forward with Supported Decision Making, we can help individuals figure out who they want to support them and work with the individual and the supporters to fill out a Supported Decision Making agreement.
